Barnes Fair 9 July – call for volunteers

Having not been able to hold a fair for the last 2 years, we will be taking a stall at the Fair.  It has always been our big fundraising event of the year, enabling us to fund extras at meetings and subsidise events as well as make charity donations.

At the last meeting we circulated a list asking members to volunteer for getting involved at Barnes Fair – thank you to those who have signed up – but there are still lots of opportunities to help out beforehand, on the day at the stall, and by baking, preserving, any home made foodie goodies etc.  We’ll hand out ingredient labels at the next meeting (we need to be clear on what we’ve used due to allergens) but will also pop copies in the next newsletter so you can print at home.
