Gentle Movement and Stretching. Qi Gong consists of slow, relaxed movements with a focus on the breath. It is connected to the seasons, and to the natural world. A session you make you feel more flexible, energised and balanced. Anyone can practice Qi Gong, the atmosphere in our classes is friendly and welcoming. Qi Gong will benefit you, whatever your fitness level.
