Platinum Jubilee Celebration

We will be celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee at our June meeting (a stalwart fellow WI-er). The Committee are proposing that we make a small contribution to the Queen’s Green Canopy by planting a tree – we’ll find out more and let you know if and when it will happen.

Hope everyone is looking forward to the Jubilee weekend.  We will continue with the Royal theme at our meeting on Monday night, with celebratory cake (thank you Jennifer), a glass to raise to the Queen, and a bit of Royal Quiz.  There will be plenty of opportunity to chat with members and share what we all got up to over the weekend
